Albert Yeung is born in Hong Kong in 1943. His His ancestral home is Chaozhou, Guangdong Province. Yang has been in business with his father since he was a child. In 1964, Yeung opened the "Observatory Watch Shop" on Nathan Road, Kowloon through the 200,000 yuan lent by his father.
