Biography
Born in Brazil, Lina lived 14 years in New York, where she graduated in Music and Philosophy from New York University and obtained her Master Degree in Music at the Manhattan School of Music. At the same time, she worked in the NYU Department of Cinema. Back in Brazil in 1994, she has directed many videos and shorts, her first feature film being Tônica Dominante (2000).
